Tri Tech Automation Expands Midwest Operations with New Indianapolis Automation Support Center

Tri Tech Automation, a systems integrator serving the U.S. industrial market, has opened a new 5,500-square-foot automation support and validation center in Indianapolis located at 7998 Georgetown Road, Suite 500.

Indianapolis is the third market in which Tri Tech delivers regional engineering, control panel design and fabrication, deployment support and system validation services. The company is headquartered in the St. Louis, MO region, and also has operations in Tulsa, OK.

Among the core capabilities housed within the Indianapolis location is Factory Acceptance Testing, a critical step in the control panel process that ensures systems are fully tested and validated before delivery and commissioning. During FAT, panels undergo comprehensive inspection, functional testing, and power-up verification to confirm electrical integrity, control logic performance, and proper signal mapping.

As manufacturers face increased pressures to improve productivity, manage project risk and bring automation systems online faster, access to localized engineering support and comprehensive system validation has become increasingly important. Through its standards-based digital design-build process, Tri Tech Automation produces control panels with greater accuracy and speed, while Factory Acceptance Testing identifies and resolves issues before equipment reaches the plant floor. This helps reduce commissioning time, minimize costly delays and avoid unplanned downtime.

“Tri Tech has grown significantly since our founding in 2015, and we’ve gained a reputation for helping our customers bring automation solutions online with greater speed, precision, and confidence,” said James Maisel, Managing Member. “Our Indianapolis facility strengthens our ability to support customers throughout their automation projects, from engineering collaboration and deployment readiness to comprehensive Factory Acceptance Testing. By bringing these capabilities closer to where our customers operate, we can help reduce risk, improve project execution, and accelerate startup.”
