Rockwell Automation Platinum System Integrator

What Platinum Status Means

Tri Tech Automation is proud to be among a select few to hold Platinum Partner status in the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetworkTM. This is an invitation-only distinction reserved for less than 1% of Rockwell’s system integrator partners. We are currently one of just eleven partners nationwide to hold the designation, backed by an engineering team certified across Rockwell’s control, process, power, and information technologies.

The Rockwell Automation System Integrator Partner Program is tiered, and integrators earn their way into different tiers through a combination of proven performance, verified technical capability, and ongoing collaboration with Rockwell on strategic initiatives. Platinum is the top rung of the ladder. It isn’t something a company can apply for and receive. It’s awarded by invitation, based on Rockwell’s own evaluation of an integrator’s track record and technical depth.

Our path to Platinum reflects the bar for that standard. We earned Gold Partner status with Rockwell Automation in 2021. In 2025, we were invited into the Platinum tier after our engineers completed extensive coursework and earned key advanced certifications across Rockwell’s suite of systems and technologies. To earn the status, Tri Tech was required to present our internal capabilities and long-term vision directly to Rockwell leadership, in order to demonstrate our growth trajectory and commitment to the partnership.

What Platinum Status Means for our Customers

Platinum designation isn’t simply a badge. It’s a signal of what you can expect from us as a systems integrator:

Closer access to Rockwell’s technology roadmap.

We work directly with Rockwell on new products, updates, and best practices before they’re released to the broader market.

Deeper technical bench strength.

Our team holds certifications across control, process, power, and information disciplines. If it’s a Rockwell product or capability, we have the credentialed experts in-house.

Lower project risk.

Platinum status means our technical capability has been validated by an outside party. As a Platinum partner, we are also able to get customers a 3-year warranty on Rockwell Automation parts we buy for your project, compared to the standard 1-year warranty.

A partner who is invested in the relationship.

This program rewards integrators who collaborate on long-term strategy, not just transactional projects. That’s reflected in how we approach customer relationships.

Why Tri Tech, Specifically

Platinum status narrows the field to a handful of companies, but it doesn’t make the decision for you. Here’s what sets Tri Tech apart among Rockwell’s elite integrators:

A Proprietary Approach to Integration

Our Hidden FactoryTM methodology goes beyond deploying Rockwell hardware, to uncover the unrealized potential sitting in your existing equipment. That turns automation projects into measurable productivity gains, instead of just system upgrades.

Turnkey Execution, Single Point of Contact

Our four-stage process (Define, Execute, Support, Optimize) means one team owns your project from scope to startup to long-term optimization. You don’t get handed off to new teams at each phase.

In-House Control Panel Fabrication

Because we build panels ourselves, we control quality and timelines end-to-end. That’s one less vendor relationship to introduce risk and delays.

Specialized Industry Depth

We know the industries we serve, so our engineers understand your work and your processes, not just your PLCs.

Scale with Agility

We were founded in 2015 and have now grown to more than 65 employees across the St. Louis, Tulsa, and Indianapolis markets. We’re large enough to support multi-site, enterprise projects, and structured enough to stay responsive and personal. You have direct access to the people doing the work.
